HDD Mechanic is a fully featured tool for recovering data and repairing damaged hard drives in Windows. Fully guided operation and automated recovery make HDD Mechanic the perfect data recovery solution for homes and small offices. Supporting FAT and NTFS disks and flash drives, HDD Mechanic recovers deleted files and folders, and repairs corrupted disks and partitions completely automatically.

HDD Mechanic works in all versions of Windows from Windows 95 to Vista and 2008 Server. The data recovery tool supports all versions of FAT and NTFS file systems, including Hidden NTFS. HDD Mechanic recognizes all types of storage media such as hard drives, flash memory drives, SSD, memory cards, external drives, and digital cameras.

HDD Mechanic can undelete files and folders, recover data from damaged, corrupted, and even inaccessible disks, flash memory cards, and digital cameras. On badly damaged media, sophisticated data recovery algorithms perform the complete scan of the entire disk surface in order to locate and recover files of more than 150 types. Of course, HDD Mechanic can undelete all types of files when they are simply wiped off the Recycle Bin or deleted bypassing it.

Damaged, corrupted and even inaccessible drives can be repaired by HDD Mechanic easily and automatically. The tool will help you gain access to disks and data stored on them by correcting the corrupted system structures and repairing the damage. Formatted disks can be reformatted, and repartitioned hard drives can be restored. HDD Mechanic can repair partition tables, MBR, and file systems completely automatically.
